For all UK wholesale orders over £250 we provide FREE delivery (mainland UK only not including Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands or Ireland) via DPD (Next Working Day) and for any order below £250 value, we charge £5.00 plus VAT delivery charge. We try and dispatch our orders daily with a 3pm cut off for orders received that have notified us of payment made to us. Please ensure you inform us BEFORE 3pm for any payment made to us so we can quickly confirm funds receipt so we may dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note that if an order is placed and we do not receive notification from yourself that the order has been paid for, this may delay goods being dispatched by our team.

DPD delivery usually takes 1 working day to arrive in most areas but can take 2 days in NON UK mainland & Scottish Highlands areas & Ireland.

DPD deliveries are fully tracked and have a trace ability giving you full visibility of your consignments location

How It Works

1. Order & Pay For Order Before 3pm – Only orders that are generated and paid for online before 3pm can be dispatched the same day to you.

2. Order Packed & Dispatched – Orders that have confirmed payment are packed for DPD pickup. A DPD notification will be sent to your email or mobile (if you have provided them to us) once goods have had a DPD address label created.

2. DPD Collect – DPD will pick up your order from us and will take goods to their sorting hub.

3. DPD Sorting – your parcel is taken to the main DPD distribution hub where its then forwarded to your local DPD depot

4. DPD Local Depot – goods arrive at local depot in anticipation for delivery ASAP. On the morning of delivery you will receive a 60 minute delivery slot notification.

5. DPD Tracking – You can track the parcel all the way to your door using the tracking number emailed to you.

The app allows you to specify delivery preferences (Please note if you store a preference as a default – all future deliveries from DPD from ourself and over companies will use the same default preferences going forward) and ensure you don’t miss your goods e.g. leave with specific neighbour. The app will also send you notifications when your driver is 30 minutes away with your order from us.
